Tracey Coward-Johnson, age 58, Retired Dental Assistant, Member of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and The Historic Camiliettes of Gainesville, entered into the realm of Heaven – And found sweet relief in the arms of Jesus on Friday, December 24, 2021, in Gainesville, Florida.
Mrs. Johnson was a 1981 Graduate of Buchholz High School who attended Santa Fe Community College and then who later received her Bachelors Degree in 2003 from Springfield College.
She was a life-time Member of Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church.
The Homegoing Celebration will be held 11:00AM Saturday, January 8, 2022, at Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church (Gainesville, FL) where Rev. Dr. F. N. Gallmon is Pastor, with Pastor Henry Lewis delivering the Eulogy.
The Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc will privately perform their Zeta Burial Service at the Funeral Home on Friday at 7:15PM.
Mrs. Johnson will be viewed the Church on Saturday 1 Hour prior to the Services – And with the Processional. The Procession will form at the residence of Mrs. Johnson’ Mother, Mrs. Eula (& Andrew) Veal, 205 SE 14th Lane, Gainesville, at 10:15AM. The Burial will follow with a Horse-Drawn Carriage transporting Mrs. Johnson and leading family and friends to her Interment at The Pine Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Johnson’s peaceful surrender to the Will of God will remain within the hearts of her Son – Larry Johnson; Daughter –Tiara Miles; Grandson – Ziaire Carmen; Mother – Eula Coward Veal (& Andrew); (Father –Tommy Coward, Sr. – Deceased); Brothers – Barry Richardson and Tommy Coward, Jr. (& Brenda); Sisters – (Michelle Dianne Coward – Deceased), Robin Coward-Mavin, Carla Coward, Wende Coward and Marsha Coward; Aunts – Jeraline Terry (& Calvin) and Joanne Cruse; Nieces (with Special Nieces – Cordi Coward, Brea Williams and London Mavin), Nephews (with Special Nephews – Elvis Williams Jr., Jerrod Williams, Jervaughn Mavin, Charles Debose, Jaden Mavin, Brenden Mavin and Kylan Oats); God-Daughters – Raven Monroe and Keisha Jackson; Cousins & Friends.
